As I was reading, the thought kept coming to me, “Well, this sounds familiar.” As written in the last paragraph.

Thank you for the easily digested summary of events which you've provided. I highly recommend this post for homeschooling families to use as a part of their curriculum! Your mention of the attempted reversal of the narrative (which portrays Al-Andulus as a 'Golden Age' rather than a catastrophic occupation under a Muslim yoke) is an essential element. 👌🏻 Reconquista!!! ☠️⚡️⚡️

Very good article.

I visited Toledo a couple years ago when I was traveling in Spain. Decided to join a tour group (bad idea) and the tour consisted of a man teaching us the history of the Jews of Toledo. At one point a woman asked how many Jews lived in Toledo, to which his answer was unsurprisingly 0. Of course that did not effect the Judaization of the historic district.

The streets have had Hebrew letters inlaid in them in "memory" of the Jews there, and they love to show off the "synagogue," which has been separated from Jewry for hundreds of years.

All in all a terrible tour, and they want to make you think that Toledo was some Jewish paradise which they were oh so evilly removed from in 1492.

The Christian history of Toledo is one of beauty, honor, and faith, in opposition to the treachery of those who once again attempt to unjustly claim it as their own.

Thanks for another thought provoking post. Keep up the good work.

I'm a Visigoth from the Iberian Peninsula. This story touches my heart with sadness! Fortunately, the Reconquest overthrew the Muslims and the Jews were soon expelled from the region.

Very well written article! A great read.

What is shocking is when you delve into Castillian politics pre-expulsion. The ""Conversos"" (who all lived amongst the actual J_s and were the medieval JD Vance and Bronze Age Pervert, Christians-in-name-only) had MASSIVE influence over the Castillian government, to the point where a massive citizen revolt in Toledo took over the city and came to be led by a Noble almost immediately who demanded the complete removal of Converso influence from government. Even after the Christians reconquered the region the same group that helped them get conquered 700 years prior immediately started practicing crypsis again, ruthless usury to concentrate national wealth exponentially into their hands and were buying off the highest members of Castillian society. The Inquisition were quite literally "Gates of Toledo: Never Again", an extremist response to what was perceived as history repeating itself.

Thank you for this. The accounts of Muslim takeover and Jewish support for it are being rewritten, as you stated, in an effort to put Spain's European and Christian identity into question. Its important that these facts are not obscured, and the very fact that AI is trained to be complicit in the coverup shows how much bias is put into the anti-European narrative.

Your experience also highlights the vital importance of doing your own research and not trusting the main narrative, since history is being politicised so heavily, including digital tools themselves.

The fact of the conquest itself is indisputable, so a reframing is pushed heavily, as to obscure and disregard the damage inflicted on the Hispano-Gothic population, who again, quite correctly put, were a nascent European civilization.

Where one side has an interest in controlling history to the extent its actively rewritten, it should raise alarm bells, since it forms part of a pernicious and underhanded effort to erase one's culture.

Their nature, unlike many other peoples, is taught to them rigorously from childhood. People often remark "How do they know to do that? How are they always subverting something?" The answer is in their own books and festivals, like the Torah the Talmud and Purim, that inculcate in them a sense of entitlement, cruelty to non-Jews and racial guerilla warfare.

Dario Fernandez…. Jajaja I guess when you wish hard enough anything can be true (in your own fantasy)…

Fact one; the Visigoths converted from Arian Christianity to Chalcedonian Christianity in the late 6th century… therefore, Visigoths never accepted Papal Supremacy…

Fact two; Clovis leader of the Franks and Alaric II King of the Visigoths fought the Battle of Vouille against each other… this is very important because subsequently Clovis the Frank would accept Papal Supremacy and the Visigoths would remain allied with Constantinople and the Orthodox position of equality amongst all Holy Sees… this highlights the real tension between Orthodox Christianity and Catholicism, that almost always is passed over by Latin neophytes and uninformed commentators… hence the sacking of Constantinople and Jerusalem by the savage Frankish forces…

Fact three; Since the Visigoths and Franks who controlled Gaul were bitter rivals where did all the Visigoths go when the Muslims swept in to the Iberian Peninsula?

The pagan Latin rite Saracen narrative dies when you can source your information from more than one language, which obviously, with all due respect you Asha Logos can not do.

Arabic and Greek sources destroy Latin Rite propaganda and it’s clear from historical accounts Visigoths and Ostrogoths employed the Greek Language…

Pull out George the Syncellus historical work if you’re truthful!

Latin sources and translations are not credible until verified by Greek, Germanic, Persian or Arabic works.

Ok, fair enough, but what's your point? How do the Greek, Germanic, Persian and Arabic sources alter the main narrative of Asha Logos's article? You've listed additional facts but pulled your punch by not offering an alternative interpretation for these events. I'm genuinely interested, please expand on your perspective.

To fully comprehend this event we first have to dispel the Latin Rite Saracen heathen propaganda that Asha Logos is subscribing to… after we get pass that first hurdle then we can see this campaign into the Iberian Peninsula for what it really was… Ibn Hisham the 9th century Chronicler and George Syncellus of the 9th century as well will provide a balanced narrative on world events of that century and before… Personally from absorbing this information, I realize the Umayyad dynasty that had been ousted by the Abbasid dynasty from Damascus and Baghdad in a bloody coup were indeed the major factor in the expansion into the Iberian Peninsula… the Umayyad vs Romans (of Constantinople, might I add these are the only Romans the world knew in the 9th century) rivalry had been ongoing for a century… the Umayyads who when first arriving in the region from the Levant and Iraq and establishing themselves in Fez, they would have known that the Visigoths were aligned with Constantinople… in my reading, they did use Jews for some reconnaissance but this was in no way a major part of their campaign… the Umayyad calculations were purely strategic knowing that Constantinople would have a difficult time reinforcing the Visigoths in the region… Once you understand that the Latin Rite Catholic Church controlled nothing not even Gaul (France) was under their Latin Pope sway when Charles Martel stopped the advancing Muslims in Tours (Gaul) you will be able to comprehend the real animosity between Orthodox Christians and Catholics who would establish themselves as a force in Central and Western Europe in the late 8th century only after the son of Charles Martel, Pepin the Short made the Latin Rite doctrine of Papal Supremacy official state theology… this is why in all Greek and Arabic sources from that era the Catholics were known as the Franks and those in Constantinople were identified as Romans… this is important because the whole narrative of the Reconquista is premised on the Visigoths being aligned with the Frankish Latin Rite… but as I said the Visigoths actually fought wars against the Franks and were aligned with Constantinople and the Orthodox Church not the Papal States and their pope… I think this is enough information to get you started… I don’t intend to tell you what to think but I hope you can now look at this issue with another perspective that is not Latin Propaganda which throughout a millennia of history has informed some of the most bigoted and barbaric views that principally were the cause of, feudalism(the enslavement of other Gothic tribes), inquisitions, the sacking of Constantinople and Jerusalem (where all Orthodox Christians, Jews and Muslim non combatants were massacred), Doctrine of Discovery (which asserted non Catholics had no property rights), Colonialism which was informed by Doctrine of Discovery and the savage uncivilized supremacist worldview that was and is the basis for eugenics, Nazism and Zionism alike… to get the full picture Ibn Hishams work on Prophets and Kings and George Syncellus' main work, the Chronography (Ἐκλογὴ Χρονογραφία) will give you an informed position on this matter… I will orate a few points on this topic on my page if your interested have a listen.

So, you’re saying that the conquest of Toledo was in fact a product of the rivalry between Eastern Orthodox Christianity and Latin Rite Catholicism? And the Jews played no part in the betrayal of the city, through the alliance with the Saracens?

While I love your videos for the visual quality and beauty, I think I appreciate your Substack essays, which are so much easier to absorb, even more. The videos are a little too fast for me. I also very much appreciate how you don't shrink away from controversial topics. After all, what's wrong with having pride in our own racial and cultural identity and the extraordinary civilizations envisioned, created and built by white people of European descent.

I'm now in my late 60's, and I can remember as a young woman wondering if I was racially prejudiced for not being attracted to black guys and preferring guys of my own race. Even in the 70's racial diversity was being heavily promoted. It's so easy to indoctrinate young people who haven't yet developed a strong sense of personal identity. It's taken me a lifetime! Your content is unique and special and unlike any other that I am aware of. Thank you!

Next you should write an article on this: Rothschild’s loan to the Holy See….

Let’s see if your worldview can handle reality…

The French romantic poet Alfred de Vigny said "a Zionist now reigns over the Pope and Christianity. He pays monarchs and buys nations."

The Devil buys souls but man agrees to sell them…

Accountability would be a good starting point….

I’m on the stack if you want to have a real discussion.
